Customer Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager represents callas software in the North American market. Their focus is on making the callas software solutions better understood and on enabling the callas software partners in this market through providing technical expertise. This is a broad role that combines technical pre-sales and post-sales support, with partner enablement. Candidates should have an affinity with highly technical products, but also project management and solution development. They should have excellent interpersonal skills in working with customers and partners.
This is a shared position between the callas software team and the North American Durst Smart Factory team, with a focus on supporting callas software technology. Despite a shared focus, both sides of this role will be separated in terms of reporting and responsibilities, with both sides taking 50% of the time.
