Writing software to handle difficult, real-world PDF files requires a deep understanding of the PDF specification and the environments that create those files. However, specifications alone don’t answer every practical question. Through years of experience, the callas team has learned how to bridge those gaps and find solutions.

That’s why callas actively contributes to organizations and initiatives including ISO, CIP4, the European Color Initiative and the Ghent Workgroup. In addition, it is a founding member of the PDF Association.
