Yes, many things can be done remotely and online. But bringing people together in the same room… to share information… to learn from each other… to eat and drink together… still has a different quality.

pdfCamp, you say?

The callas pdfCamp is a hackathon-style event that brings together production professionals who use callas technology, OEM partners who have integrated it into their solutions, channel partners, and many people from callas.

Over two days, everyone works to solve the real-world issues raised by the attendees. This means that no two pdfCamps are ever the same, as they always start from what’s on the attendees’ minds. It also means that we learn as much from you as you from us.

The capacity of pdfCamp events is limited because the interaction between everybody is so important. So don’t hesitate, and subscribe to the next event. But careful! Once you come to one, you’ll want to come back!

Are you working with callas technology and struggling with PDF files that fail in production—or wondering how to optimize your automation workflow? Then pdfCamp is for you. On October 22–23, 2026 in Berlin, you work directly with the people building the software. Bring your own PDFs and questions and tackle them hackathon-style together with the callas team and other users. There is no fixed agenda—attendees shape the sessions with their own production problems and ideas. To keep the discussions interactive and personal, seats are limited and usually fill quickly.
